You totter back to your feet, feeling obscenely grateful to have another set of arms to keep you upright, and take stock of the room.
Beds. Equipment you don't know how to use, and supplies neatly tucked away in cupboards. The infirmary intercom and the terminals, which apparently have gone into lockdown mode for some reason.
And a radio.
"Hey Cass, how's about we move over there, by that radio?"
Still borderline hysterical, your companion helps you over to the bench. Dredging up memories of your abortive attempt to get an RF license back on Earth, you look around for the on/off switch.
The silence prompts you to look up, and you see Cassie staring away from you, red-faced. As you twist your head around to see what she's earnestly trying not to look at, you notice that underneath that hospital gown, which really only overs about half of the real-estate that it should, you're bare-assed naked from the neck down. The room is getting colder, and you're not getting any warmer.
The red light above the door continues glowing, a baleful reminder that you still haven't a clue as to what the hell is going on.
